Farmers rarely lack effort. What they often lack is someone qualified to interpret a soil report and say what to do next. As an agriculture expert on our panel, that is exactly the gap you fill — advising real growers, on real fields, with real lab data in front of you.
Who we are looking for

- Anyone fluent in a regional language who can explain technical findings simply.
What the work involves
Most of your time is spent on one-to-one video consultations. A farmer joins the call, you open their soil report on screen, and you talk through what the numbers mean and what to apply. Sessions are short and focused, and you set your own availability.
- Review the report. You receive lab results before the call.
- Advise the farmer. Explain the findings and recommend a plan for the crop.
- Summarise it. The key points go to the farmer on WhatsApp afterwards.

No. Consultations happen over video, so you can advise from wherever you are.
Which languages do you need?
All of them. We deliver advice in 15+ Indian languages, and regional fluency is one of the strongest things an agriculture expert can bring.
Can I do this part time?
Yes. You set your availability, and many of our experts take calls around other commitments.
