Video Consultancy

Some questions cannot wait for a field visit. Our video consultancy puts a qualified agronomist on your screen, so you can show your crop, share your soil report and get a clear answer the same day.

What a video consultancy session covers

Every session is one-to-one. You book a slot, join the call from your phone, and walk the expert through whatever is worrying you. Most farmers use the time for one of these:

  • Reading your soil report. We open the report on screen and explain what each number means for your next crop.
  • Crop planning. Which crop suits your soil, when to sow, and what the land needs first.
  • Diagnosing a problem. Yellowing leaves, patchy growth or poor germination — show us the field and we will talk through the likely causes.
  • Fertiliser and input decisions. What to apply, how much, and what you can safely skip.

How the session works

  1. Book a slot. Pick a time that suits your day.
  2. Join from your phone. No app training needed — a normal video call is enough.
  3. Share your screen or your field. Our experts share soil reports on screen so nothing gets lost in translation.
  4. Get a written follow-up. The key advice reaches you on WhatsApp after the call.

Talk in the language you think in

Advice only works if it is understood. Our video consultancy is available in 15+ Indian languages, so you can ask questions the way you would ask a neighbour. Our panel includes 100+ agriculture experts across crops and regions, so you are matched with someone who knows your conditions.

Better with a soil test

A call is useful on its own. It is far more useful with numbers in front of you. If you have not tested recently, start with a soil test — free sample pickup, digital report in 48 hours — and then book the call to go through the results together. You can also browse our agricultural information library for seasonal guidance between sessions.

Common questions

How long is a session?

Long enough to cover your question properly. Most sessions run between 15 and 30 minutes.

Do I need a soil report first?

No. However, an expert can give far more specific advice when a recent report is available.

Can I record the advice?

You do not need to. We send the main points to you in writing after the call.
